A month of trainin in wuzhong.i have improved.i found out that quality trainin is essential, where outside association is not able to provide u with.National team there means business during training thats what i like where outside association cannot be compared. Passion alone isn't enough, determination is the key.i think ppl in the association are lack of determination and the eagerness to improve. I think they treat it as a gathering session more than a training session.hmm.now i only guide those who are determined to learn and improve for the others just let them continue their gathering session.i will not offer to help or lead.just do what im suppose to do during training.that is to train.i not giving up those who are eager to learn.im just too tired to lead when the others have no interest and it seem that im forcing them to learn.its a matter of choice.choose to learn?Seriousness is what i need.otherwise continue what u are doing..i cant be bothered.

Written this post specially for xiaolong, wei.cheer up k?don't think too much. If you put in ur very best le no matter what result u shld be happy rite?no regrets too. Medals is just a bonus, what u really gain through the process is the skills, experiences and most importantly friendship!..

For studies, there will be ppl who tend to go the long way, infact this may not be a bad thing too rite?u learnt what most ppl dont. At least when u experience failure u wont give up as easily then those ppl outside.what is most important is YOU urself must believe in urself!

Update for the 2006 National Wushu Competition.

On the first day, we had gilbert's Nan Gun and our ji ti quan. For gilbert's event, although he didn't do very well for his event but i feel that winning isn't everything. Actually to me, he have indeed improve alot he just didn't have the luck..Don't give up gilbert.
For our Group event, we achieved the impossible! Out of 16 groups, we SSA- GOLDEN LION emerged as CHAMPION!!! Our effort had paid off, it was the perfect start for first day of the wushu competition.

Second day, its raymond's long weapon event. This is the first wushu competition for him.Although at the very last minute slipped and fall but his performance was good.well done raymond.

Third day, Xiaolong and me are up next. Xiaolong did TongBei and me di tang.xiaolong seems quite please with his result but not me. I had made mistake and i was seriously tired. This cause me my silver medal..but its ok la at least i didn't give up half way.LOL.btw i got 4th and xiaolong got fifth for that particular event.

fourth day, None of us had events on that day so we gathered at TBSC to go through our ji ti dao.

Fifth day, we had the most event(dui jian, nan dao and soft weapon). dui jian is the first event, xiaolong and kenn did quite well for their event but too bad the other team are just too strong for them.Nvm try harder next time. Next its the Nan dao's event, sinye and gilbert. Sinye is the first one to go to our surprise he did really very well!he didn't make those mistake he usually made during trainings.well for gilbert he missed some steps but he still continued on.good job both of you!LOL. Then its xiaolong and mingsheng up for the soft weapon event, xiaolong didn't do very well but it was very well done for mingsheng he actually 'killed' some of the combine school participates.well done

Sixth day and also the last day, its me and pinwen in the double weapon event most importantly we also have our jiti dao on that day. pinwen did very well for his shuang dao he got a 8th place out of 21 participates while i got a bronze for the same event. In the Jiti dao we give our fullest and got a 3rd placing we did really we for that day.

To conclude, we did very well for this competition. Guys! im proud of YOU! Victory doesn't mean winning a medal or trophy, its about winning urself! Im sure all of u have made tremendous improvement in ur individual skills.Lets continus to strive and make contributions to SSA!11 CLAPS to golden lion!

i hurt my toe.i have stop training for a week, been polishing the ji ti. Guys, we have 3 WEEKS left lets give our fullest and create a mirical to make SSA proud! this is the first time and most probably the last time we gather together to fight this battle. i really hope we will make this the best memories we will share thoughout our life, so let us endure the hardship for the moment and enjoy the fruit of labour later.

Although i think im not a good leader, but i know i have a group of good followers! that is my teammates!without anyone of u it will never be the same anymore.i hope we will encourage each another not only during the competition but after the competition.

i always have many things to say to all of u during the trainings, but often i hold back. im scared that i might just break into tears if i were to say out what i wanted to say to u all.so i chose to type it out here.HEY GUYS im very grateful for what u all have done!Enduring my style of trainings, the long hours of training and lastly the scoldings.

hai.im kinda down again.it seems that i have not been a good leader.i really have no idea how to encourage or approach them using the correct way, but there is one thing i know being a leader is never easy.its not with my teammate u know!its with me, my expectation is too high.i tend to push too near the limit!i'll get very fustrated when the particular movement or step is not uniform.i have no choice, the date are near and im feeling the pressure .sometimes i just feel that im the one whose letting my whole team down...

Yesterday, ms goh treated us to some brazillian restaurant at chijmes. The name of the restaurant is called CARNIVORE. bao, xiang , the lau's brothers and our three jiaolians all went.its quite fun la, had a mild headache but still enjoyed myself.Thanks ms goh!

today after the meeting went to meet up with miaolong.he say he want pei me go katong plaza buy wushu shoe so we took bus no. 10 at tamp inter. at first i thought we took the wrong bus but luckily i was clever enough to ask the uncle.lol.BHB.EHEHE.damn the wushu shoe sold out le.SIAN.waste my time sia. after that we went to have katong laksa hmmm.yumyum.i personally feel that the standard of that particular stall have dropped.miao siad he want to go back to tamp cs to buy shirt so we took bus no.10 back to tamp inter.after that we went home cos i wasn't feeling very well.

Its been so long since i blog, was quite occupied with all the test for various sub and competition stuff.YAY!term test over for me le, for those still busy mugging jiayou lo.=X.hmm.there will be training tml hope everything goes well.i think tml i have to reach earlier to brush up my individual events.it seems that i have no spare time for my individual events.

there is not much time left before the competition, im actually pinning all my hope on the group event. i got to buck up too, if not how am i going to motivate my other teammates.=)).although sometimes i tend to get dissapointed when some of them starts to lose focus, dun worry abt me after awhile i'll be fine.cos i know if my morale is low how can i motivate the rest to do better.im still trying to be a good motivator,pardon me if i said anything that offends anyone in anyway during training.=)

we have less than 2 month le bah.mayb we must sit down and find a solution. i seriously think that if chee seng jiao lian have no interest in teaching us then dun teach.=).we can handle it ourself.anyway our time is limited, what we need now is gettin the hang of some move and we will carry on with the rountine.lets move on together.=)

its 1.43pm now, finished my work not long ago but hvn start studying for my effcom and math test tml.not planing to study liao.i know im gona be so dead tml.sian na~~
today i had the best training ever this year, everyone was like so united.especially raymond who injured his ankle during training still joined us for the later part of the training, i was so touch to see pinwen so enthu giving suggestion and all.At a particular moment i felt so emo mayb its because i recall back how we trained together so enthu when we first started.hmmm.well, things will change but i have learn to treasure what i have now.i always think that pinwen have great potential, but since this is not what he wants no one can force him to. =)..mayb music is what he really enjoys doing.anyway,i really appreciate what he had done today either for himself or for us.raymond too, in fact everyone la.
i truly believe if we carry on with this superb morale, achieving the gold medal isn't far from our reach.Although im asked to be the team cap but i hope all of you will treat me the same.Team captain is just a name, we are a team.we are goin to show and to prove that Golden Lion isn't some lunatic cultural group.i really want this comp to be the best memories we have.=)

me, gab and some of my classmate went to kbox for our 'class outin'- -".lols.cos only 7 ppl go kbox.diao.we sang like 6 hrs lo krazy sia weiming halfway went off he went to meet his friend.yanling later part also went off same reason too.lols.the girls can sing really well =p..harhar.quite fun la.lols.

recieved a shockin news from ah bao on wednesday, ah bao said jiao lian asked me whether im interested to participate the NTU wushu competition which is only in less than a month time.lols.still considering la.sian.i dont mind participating but im worried that it might affect my schoolwork, i'll have to give him an answer this coming sunday.hmmm..i just hope i wont regret the decision i make on sunday.

i feel so empty nowadays hai.its either sleep, study or eat.im getting sick and tired of this, i need companionship.where are u~~~lols.

National comp gettin nearer le.dunno whether can cope with my studies anot must jiayou liao.i noe i wont have the time to do any revision.so must listen in class and start studyin now.some of my friends say i too kua zhang liao lols.mayb lo.i think its better to start now less prob later.i want total concentration in my wushu comp so i have to balance my studies and wushu.hmmm.tml will be the first salvo drum trainin.hope everything goes well bah!

lol.hvn been bloggin for quite sometime le.shall focus on what happened yesterday=) had web application at 10am did some basic web design stuff.v complicated to me sia.do until abit fustrated..sch end at 4pm cos got makeup lesson if not end earlier de.lols.hmmm.joined the salvo drum as a CCA.too bad no wushu only got tkd.sian la.after that went walked around sscc landed at a comic rental shop.lols.go there read comics until 7pm cos me,kiwi,ray,sinye and kaven will be leadin a song at the end of the meetin at sscc.lols.
hmmm.kaven brought Giodano shirt for us and lend us his tie.thx kaven!!~~b4 the song leading item kaven treat us mac.everyone was lookin at us cos we where wearin the same clothing.ray say we all like backstreet boys=x.

todae is the last day of the primary wushu competition.we met at pingyi's canteen before goin to tpy stadium.when we reached tpy stadium abt 1pm saw alot of children dressin in wushu costumes very cute lo!..lols.watched and filmed alot of events.hmmm.very cute la !!..so after the closin ceremony of primary school wushu competition here comes the secondary wushu competition.v excited dunno got any pro anot.lols.im goin to train harder!i dun wan to lose to anyone.=x.jiayou everyone!

nvr post for a few days le.hmm.will write abt what happened over the last few days.lols.On 7/4 went to SP to train and help my juniors with their rehersals stuff like that.wasn't v happy with their rehersal la.mayb to others my expectation is high.i just do my best la.the rest is up to them le.LOL.

8/4 went for tpsd meetin at pasir ris park.wa lan it was raining heavily lo.o.O.played some ice-breakin games then played something like amazin race lol our group was the slackest sia..bbq start ard 6 plus hmmm xiang and me didn't eat much cos food come too slow le.so we went off first went to 85 market meet ah bao makan.lols.

Today 9/4 we had new recruits joinin our trainin quite fun la.most of them pri sch nia.cute=Dthen went for jammin at 7pm.it was FUN.we are playin better and better le.woohooo.=PpP.dunno what will be our new song?=x

hmm.todae jennesa,her bf and me celebrated jennie's bd.we went to the K-ster i think.we sang for like 4 hrs plus lols.crap i didn't know how to sing.so p.s -_-".oh man the aircon was so freaking cold.went out several times.hmm i want to apologise for being a super duper boring guy.haha.sry guys!after that we went to blk 85 makan.hmm mayb i shldn't go im such a spoiler.hmmmm.

meet up gilbert today to pei me go TP pass up the application forms.FINALLY passed up my troublesome application forms.after that we took a cab to bugis we walked around cos waitin for mr xiaolong to join us after his tuition class.lols.after xiaolong joined us we went to penisula plaza cos xiaolong wants to look at the flute he is goin to buy this saturday.yea he finally buyin his flute lo.haha.can play X Japan Songs very soon.I HOPE SO.harharhar.hmm this saturday we are havin our band practice after xiaolong buy his flute.i think he is gona test it.haha.looking forward to our somin band practice.=))

get up real early today abt 7am on a SUNDAE morning!oh man.lols.no choice have to be punctual for the morning gongyo.i was suppose to be early but because of my brother i was late man.wth.was quite irritated by wad he did in the morning hmm i shall not say what happened.after the morning gongyo we went for training.hmm todae's trainin was great.everyone was tryin their best,i hope our ji ti quan and weapon will have this kinda morale.keep it up boys!after trainin we went to century square's coffee bean while ken and my bros went to the arcade.lol.after a while we went home.we usually stay till nitetime.hmm..i wonder y is singapore getting hotter and hotter?!crap.it suks.
